DESCRIPTION:(This session will be held in english)\nThe Cyber Security Foru
 m Initiative (CSFI) will be hosting the Cyber Conflict Tabletop Exercise\,
  developed by a diverse team of cyber security professionals from across t
 he globe. The purpose of the tabletop exercise is to highlight the need fo
 r leveraging relationships and fostering collaboration in order to strengt
 hen the cyber security posture of the international community. Collaborati
 on\, which will lead to integration\, between public and private entities 
 should be at the forefront of our concerns\, and this exercise will stress
  the importance of having well established relationships prior to the occu
 rrence of an incident.\nIn the tabletop exercise CSFI will present three s
 cenarios\, all of which are realistic and are items of concern. The scenar
 ios will cover an attack on critical infrastructure\, an attack on command
  and control infrastructure and an attack on the financial support infrast
 ructure of three different nations. Each scenario will lead to in-depth di
 scussions on issues of collaboration\, communication\, development of appr
 opriate response policy\, recovery efforts and issues of jurisdiction and 
 legality of response for both sovereign nations and international organiza
 tions such as NATO\, the UN\, and the EU.\nFollowing the completion of the
  tabletop exercise\, CSFI will publish a Lessons Learned document will be 
 freely available to the international community and will include shortfall
 s that have been identified from exercise scenarios\, with recommended sol
 utions.
