Emily has worked for a variety of clients in the Internet space, including UNESCO, EURid (the .eu registry), .SE (the .se registry), and Afilias. She is also a consultant to the law firm Sipara, specialising in domain name disputes. An experienced speaker and moderator on Internet Governance issues, Emily most recently moderated at the 2011 Internet Dagarna, and the 2011 Internet Governance Forum plenary session on Critical Internet Resources.

For 10 years, Emily worked at Nominet, the .uk domain registry, as Director of Legal and Policy. She writes a regular blog for Dot Nxt.

Patrik är en av de som sett till att .se som första landstoppdomän i världen signerades med DNSSEC och att .SE var först med att erbjuda en kommersiell DNSSEC-tjänst. Har en bakgrund som konsult inom nätverkssäkerhet och har länge verkat för öppen källkod och fri programvara.

Since 2008 Richard has been at the heart of Transparency and open data initiatives in the UK. Within Government Richard helped shape the current Transparency agenda, created data.gov.uk and the world’s first online competition for government data www.showusabetterway.com. Richard is passionate about the ability for technology to change society and the possibilities it opens up for new businesses models. He provided the first seed funding for the Open Knowledge Foundation’s Where Does My Money Go? in 2008 which has gone on to become Open Spending and worked with the Ordnance Survey on OpenSpace and their business approach to Open Data in 2009. In 2010 he made sure all of the commitments in the Prime Minister’s letter on Transparency were met and the UK was able to cement its position as a world leader in open data. Originally a lawyer, before his work on Transparency Richard has had a number of roles in HM Treasury working on corporate tax and financial services.

Mikael Vakkari works as a ministerial adviser at the Public Sector ICT department of the Ministry of Finance, Finland. He is responsible for the coordination of the national open data program 2013 – 2015 and the national open data portal. He is also closely involved in the development of the national service architecture and an innovative ecosystem for digital services development in the public sector. With his spare time he implements the support program for information management and ICT-services as part of the national municipal and services reform & restructuring.
