"Victoria Ekstedt has been the principle legal adviser for the Swedish Armed Forces Computer Network Operations Unit since 2007. She holds a Master of Law degree from the Uppsala University, Sweden, specialized in International Law, and a Master degree in Commercial and Maritime Law from the University Southampton, England.
Mrs Ekstedt has practiced commercial law within the industry and served as legal adviser and a military judge to the armed forces in Bosnia-Herzegovina. She is also a former military officer of the 1st Amphibious Regiment of the Swedish Armed Forces."
