Connie Peterson Uthoff is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Professional Studies, instructing PSSL 6246 Cyber Intelligence and Strategic Analysis. She received her master’s degree in Intelligence Studies with a concentration in Competitive Intelligence from the American Military University and has written and lectured extensively in areas of national security, international relations and cyber concerns. Recently, she co-authored Project Cyber Dawn, a cyber analysis of Libya, and is currently working on a Cyber Intelligence Analysis Project for the Cyber Security Forum Initiative. With over ten years of physical and business security experience, she has taught courses and seminars on Introduction to Cyber Warfare, CND Fundamentals and Cyber Law and Policy. Ms. Uthoff also sat on the Board of Directors for an agricultural management corporation for over 15 years. She has certificates in international peace studies from the Transcend Peace University, extensive overseas experience, and was the recipient of a 2007 Congressional Medal of Distinction Award. She was further recognized by the National Republican Congressional Committee by receiving a 2006 National Leadership Award and serving as an Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council. She is also a member of the International Association for Intelligence Education.
