This session will discuss the current status of net neutrality and transparency, and how it is implemented in the EU member states with the EU directive from 2009 as the baseline. Given recent findings and the EU open consultation, due 15 October, does transparency work as intended? If not, what is/should be the next step? Would stronger regulation be beneficial or would it stifle new, innovative business models?
