Program 2011

Ellen Helsper is a Lecturer in Media and Communications at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focuses on vulnerable groups and their use of technologies with a special interest in educational, generational and gender differences in digital literacy and engagement. She currently works on the EU Kids Online, the Youth at Risk and ICTs and Long tail of digital inclusion projects.
