Robin Wilton Technical Outreach for Identity and Privacy, ISOC

Robin Wilton is the Internet Society's Technical Outreach Director for Identity and Privacy. He is a specialist in digital identity, privacy and IT security, with 28 years as a systems engineer, consultant and industry analyst.

His technical outreach activity includes work with the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), IT vendors and W3C. He also contributes to policy work through bodies such as the IGF and the Council of Europe. Robin is a member of the Internet Technical Advisory Committee to the OECD.

His particular interest is in how social constructs such as identity, privacy and trust are mediated through technology.
